Interested in a Space Science Center experience but can’t travel? No problem at all. We are happy to come to you with hands-on activities, our digital planetarium, or with telescopes for you to enjoy solar or night observing. Digital Portable Planetarium
Daily Rate
Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm
- Half Day (2 to 4 shows): $700 flat fee
- Full Day (5 to 7 shows): $1100 flat fee
- Shows are 45 minutes long
- Shows feature a movie & a guided night sky tour!
- Great for in-school programs!
Hourly Rate
Weekends and Evenings
- First 2 Hours: $700
- Per Extra Hour: $300
- 4 Hour Maximum
- Great for STEM Nights!
Telescope Observation
Both Day & Night observing available!
- First 2 Hours: $300
- Per Extra Hour: $100
- Includes up to 3 Telescopes!
Meteors ‘n Microscopes
Flexible Format For All Ages And Any Event!
- First 2 Hours: $300
- Per Extra Hour: $100
- Includes Our Extensive Meteorite Collection!
Hands-On Science Activities
Activities
- Up to 20 participants: $140 flat fee
- Additional participants: $7 per person
Premium Activities
- Up to 20 participants: $160 flat fee
- Additional participants: $8 per person
Additional Information
- No travel fee for bookings within 25 miles of the CCSSC!
- The Planetarium seats 30-50 participants at a time!
- Bookings outside 100 miles may incur an overnight fee
- Concurrent activities may be subject to additional cost due to personnel requirements
